Support Tickets

If the provided documentation and troubleshooting materials do not provide answers to a specific problem, their are two further actions users can take in order to receive support:

  • Submit a support ticket
  • Contact support (directly or through a dealer/OEM)

Submitting a support ticket is considerably less time-intensive than contacting support via call or email. However, it may not achieve the same level of urgency or engagement, depending several circumstances.

If urgency is low or time is not a factor, submitting a support ticket is the recommended course of action for unresolved issues.

The main advantage of support tickets is that a ticket can be submitted and only requires the user to wait for a response. The investment on the user side is considerably lower in this regard.
