Developer Portal

Product developer portals exist to provide users with a central hub of information for products.

The Raven Developer Portal exists for the same purpose. Along with hosting documentation, the portal also allows users to access services like the Support Ticket system.

Support Tickets

The Support Ticket system allows users to submit support requests to Raven technical support. Tickets submitted are investigated and worked on by actual staff. The ticket system is a recommended tool for use when the documentation and troubleshooting provided are not sufficient for a given issue.

How to Submit a Ticket

Users can submit a ticket through the Developer Portal by doing the following:

  1. Go to the Raven Developer Portal.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Support.
  3. In the dropdown menu that appears, click Create Ticket.
  4. Submit a valid email address in the given input and click Get Token.
  5. Open the received email, then enter the provided token in the Developer Portal and press Submit.
  6. Fill in the ticket details, then press Create to submit the ticket.

How to Search for Tickets

Users can search for a ticket through the Developer Portal by doing the following:

  1. Go to the Raven Developer Portal.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Support.
  3. In the dropdown menu that appears, click Search Ticket.
  4. Submit a valid email address in the given input and click Get Token.
  5. Open the received email, then enter the provided token in the Developer Portal and press Submit.
  6. View tickets attached to the provided email address.
