Development

Third-party integration partners will need to request developer accounts.

After these requests have been approved, partners will receive developer credentials. At that point they can begin development.

How to Request a Developer Account

1. Email apisupport@ravenind.com with the subject “API Testing Account”
2. Email should include the following Information:
   • Company name
     • Legal name if they differ
   • Company address
   • Username and email address
   • Account type
     • This should be Dispatch Pro
   • An attached signed copy of the API License Agreement
   • Integration goals
   • Client name
   • Client URI
   • Logo URI
   • Redirect URI
   • Flow type
   • Whether any integration partner IDs are set on the client
     • This is a true/false or yes/no
   • Refresh token time
