Testing

Third-party integration partners will need to request testing accounts.

After these requests have been approved, partners will receive tester credentials. At that point they can begin testing.

How to Request a Testing Account​

  1. Email apisupport@ravenind.com with the subject “API Testing Account”
  2. Email should include the following Information:
    • Company name
    • Company address
    • Username and email address
    • Account type
      • This should be Dispatch Pro
    • An attached signed copy of the API License Agreement
